HOW TO:

1) Join - send a note to the club. Then add the club to watchlist. But if you won't send a note and only watch I find it as a membership request too. Requests of joining on front page are ignored, it's place only for chat.
2) Submit art - send a note to the club with links to them. No matter old or new, just on topic.
